Rates

We only work by appointments.   Rates are based on services provided according to length, and location of the session. Standards basic rates are as follow:

½ hour of Personal Training                $45.00

1 hour of Personal Training                 $75.00

½ hour of Massage Therapy                  $50.00 

1 hour of Massage Therapy                   $90.00 

1 hour of Private Massage Tutoring     $60.00
